Last year, representatives from both SPF America and SPF de Mexico — Fort Smith, Matamoros and Santa Catarina — all worked together to determine what makes us Southern Precision Fabrication. This meeting was invaluable to our team and company, as it helps make sure all of our working parts are equipped to make decisions for the good of our customers, our coworkers, and the future of SPF.
The main goal was to bring the team together, review and update our company Vision, Mission, Values and strategic goals, and leave walking a unified path leading SPF into the future. In this event, team leads from each department worked in focus teams to form different perspectives, and offer insights into what the SPF team needs at a granular level. By integrating values, concerns, and differences of opinions into our processes, we’re able to lead our team to rise above your ordinary copper fabrication shop.
