Basil C. Brock
Founder – 1st generationThrough Basil C. Brock’s work experience from Hughes Aircraft and the Army, he was inspired to open his first sheet metal fabrication business known as B&F Sheet Metal in the late 1950's in Los Angeles, California. As he attempted to retire in Clarksville, Arkansas in 1972, he realized the potential for business and jobs in North West Arkansas.
Tony Toth
Founder – 2nd generationWith a vision for building something meaningful, Tony brings a blend of big-picture thinking, hands-on experience, and affable, yet strategic intent. He sets the tone by connecting our mission, vision, and values to include everyone in serving our preferred industries.
Anthony Toth
Director of north american operations – 3rd generationFocused, approachable, and driven by results, Anthony is all about finding innovative solutions, solving high-level problems, and leading with an open mind. His involvement in manufacturing — and his people-centered perspective passed down from Tony— has been life-long.
