This innovative solution has revolutionized the plating process, enabling a 10X increase in throughput.
Royce LoBianco, our in-house plating line manager, has been with SPF America for 1.5 years.
Since he's been with the company, he has been able to increase our Bright/Matte Tin line capability by ~20%, as well as boost our overall plating production by 50%.
One of the ways he was able to do this was by working with Novo Metal Finishing Equipment to develop a custom, high efficiency multi-plater for smaller components.
With this addition to our plating lines, we’re now able to plate 5X the amount of smaller components with Bright Tin and Nickel.
